Private Donations: All donations to 10Trees are private donations. We do not provide tax benefits or tax receipts.

Refund Policy: You can request a full refund of your donation amount before the plantation work begins. After plantation starts, donations are non-refundable.

Email Collection: We collect your email address solely for sending you updates about our tree planting progress and mission updates.

  • Voluntary Contributions: All donations are voluntary

  • NOWPayments: Cryptocurrency donations
  • Secure Processing: All payments encrypted

Refund Policy

Eligible for Refund
  • Before Plantation: Full refund if requested before work begins
  • Processing Time: 7-14 business days
  • Contact Method: Email with donation details
  • Verification: We verify donation before processing
Non-Refundable
  • After Plantation: No refunds once trees are planted
  • Work Started: If plantation work has begun
  • Fraudulent Claims: False refund requests
  • Processing Fees: Payment processor fees not refunded
